Isle of Wight Grown and Dried Reishi (Ganoderma lingzhi)

25g Dried Reishi mushroom pieces grown and produced here at the farm on the Isle of Wight.

Usage

This product can be used whole or powered. To use whole, rehydrate by covering the mushrooms with warm water and leaving to absorb for up to 30 minutes, once rehydrated add the mushroom and water (optional) to your dish and cook as normal. Reishi also has excellent uses once powdered it can be added to food and drinks. To powder use a blender or stick blender to break up the mushrooms until you reach the desired consistency.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Dried mushrooms can last a very long time (often years) however we recommend using them within 12 months.
