High quality Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) Dual Extract Tincture Dual Extract Tincture, grown and produced here on the Isle of Wight at our farm using alcohol sourced from our local distillery. We are the first UK mushroom extract producers using mushrooms grown by us here at the farm paving the way for functional mushrooms seeing the process through from start to finish to ensure a quality product, it has taken over 5 years of producing our own tinctures to result in the product we have today. We take a lot of steps to ensure that the final product is the best it can be. We use multiple methods of extraction including long term suspension in 70% grain alcohol, hot & cold alcohol press, ultrasonic alcohol extraction, distilled water extraction using freeze method, 48hr hot water extraction, hot & cold press, ultrasonic distilled water extraction, filtration and combining of alcohol and water soluble compounds. The final product takes around 5 months to produce, with a higher concentration of beneficial compounds than capsules or powder. Tinctures are generally considered to have higher bioavailability and the most effective way of allowing the body to absorb the most from the beneficial compounds. With our graduated pipettes you are able to control your individual dosage and tailor it to your needs.
We pride ourselves on using only the best possible ingredients and that is why we produce all our Lion’s Mane on-site. Our tinctures give you a powerful dual extract made using 100% mushroom fruiting bodies, grown by us, and extracted using locally produced alcohol then freshly distilled water, hence a dual extraction *. This gives you the guarantee of quality and provenance which is unavailable with many imported products on the market. We also use only natural methods, environmentally friendly packaging and no chemical inputs of any kind.
